01 Who we are
This site and services are operated by Sevenday Studio LLC, doing business as Sevenday ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to information we collect through our website and in the course of providing our services to customers in the United States. 02 What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer your questions and build your site:
- Information you give us through our contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message.
- Information you give us through our project intake form after you purchase: details about your business, your services or products, your goals, brand preferences, your domain, and any files you upload, such as your logo or photos.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and basic order details, but we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical information: like any website, our host automatically records limited data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
03 How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, deliver and host your website, process your payments, provide ongoing Care Plan support, and communicate with you about your project. That's it — we don't use it for advertising.
04 Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to deliver our services:
- Netlify — hosts our website and processes form submissions and any files you upload.
- Stripe — processes payments securely.
Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and displays portfolio screenshots from a third-party service; as part of delivering those, your browser shares basic technical data such as your IP address with those providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
05 Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and we don't track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies needed for site security and basic functionality. That's the extent of it.
06 How long we keep it
We keep contact-form inquiries for as long as needed to follow up with you. For customers, we keep project information and the materials you provide for as long as we host or support your site, plus a reasonable period afterward for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we're required to keep it.
07 Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@sevenday.studio. You can also unsubscribe from any non-essential emails at any time.
08 Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we work with established providers (like Netlify and Stripe) that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
09 Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
